Potential 3DEXPERIENCE Full Text Search License Renewal Required
A little-known fact is that the Full Text Search service on your 3DEXPERIENCE (formerly ENOVIA V6) server uses a license. This license comes packaged into the Full Text Search install and is given an expiry date way out into the future, so that – hopefully – it will never become an issue.
However, if you have not upgraded to the latest versions or fix packs of the 3DEXPERIENCE software you may encounter a problem where this embedded license expires and the Full Text Search service stops indexing any new data created in the system.
Fortunately, Dassault have provided an updated license that can be imported to stop this issue from happening.
